Re: localeapp problems

Localeapp is fine again - I’ve removed all localeapp keys and
re-imported the locale files.
The total number of strings has decreased from 1308 to 1160. Some
strings need re-translation, so please feel free to have a look and add
some missing bits.

The foodsoft instance that is automatically updated after localeapp changes is working again (some recent changes in the code made heroku deployment fail).
