Yesterday, our volunteer accidentally removed an open order-round instead of closing / confirming it. In the FoodSoft interface, this means that we could no longer see the order, and therefore no longer see how many products were ordered and by whom. Therefore, we could not place an order at our supplier, who needs this info from us before 9:00 on Monday. (We now “solved” this by re-opening the order-round and asking everyone to place a new order asap, which kind-of worked…)
Our question is as follows: does FoodSoft fully “remove” the order, or is it only “marked” as removed? In the latter case, how difficult would it be to restore the order? (We are on the global hosting by Roko.li - I have asked them whether they have encountered this situation before and succesfully restored an order. I am asking you here for your in-depth knowledge of FoodSoft).
