hi. my foodcoop margin for products is 6%. when i fill in a deposit amount (for containers) the foodsoft puts also 6% on this. how to change this, so that the deposit amount stays as i wrote it? thanks!
The margin is added to all products and also the deposit. It’s the same for the VAT. Wholesale suppliers have to add VAT to deposits (at least in Germany).
If a member returns the deposit your Foodcoop buys it back including VAT and margin. If you consider this process as a whole there’s nothing to worry about.
The same applies to the VAT if you return it to you wholesale supplier.
