Error messages preventing ordering

We have errors attempting to view or edit open orders. See attached screenshot.
I have emailed for support and hoping for a fix overnight.
Our problem could be related to the July 2024 upgrade to Foodsoft 4.9, but it could be something we have done at our end (our instance is hosted with Rokoli).

Short note: I already answered via another channel to this support request.
